Living off island has its challenges. However, Mark Dunlap has completed two complete interior painting jobs for me. Thanks to Mark's professional help and great communication he completed the first project on time and on budget without me being on island. The second and most recent project involved another complete interior painting job for a recent investment property we acquired. Again, with just a phone with the selected paint colors Mark completed the job on time and on budget.
